The term post apocalyptic means that after a disaster has happened what the earth will actuallly be like.

With genre is normally involing nuclear wars or something to do with zombiea so when people hear the word apocalypse they normally relate it to a zombie apocalypse.

I would like to be on an island with Bear Grylls, My mum ,my dad ,my brother and gordon ramsay because bear grylls can help me with survival techniques  and my brother and my parents can provide me with moral support and other things  and gordon ramsay can cook everyone food with the ingredients we have and some fire wood.

In this essay I will be writing about the issues in Romeos life-like his tragic flaws how he is doomed and what his moral dilemma is. this will address everything wrong that caused the untimely death of Romeo and Juliet.

There are many situations in Romeo and Juliet that show that nobody could escape from their fate at all. Like Mercutio had put a curse on the Capulets and montages and this just increases the chances that the will have a terrible life or even they will suffer a lot. Then there was also the situation when a character had a dream about queen mab who causes calamity. Also there was foreshadowing when prince had banished Romeo he said that when Romeo is found within the walls of Verona then that hour he sets foot in will be his last of his life.

He also faces the dilemma to believe Balthasar or to wait for the friars letter meaning that he either goes and see for himself or wait to see if the friar will come clean up the mess happening but it must be hard for him because he is really scared by the possibility of Juliet even being dead giving him mental stress so he just decided to go and meet juliet but at the same time he ended up killing himself by the time he saw juliet but him impatience also killed juliet because when she woke up she saw juliet by her side dead so with a dagger she stabbed herself.

All of these factors meant that they were foreshadowed to death many times. like when Tybalt was slain or when friar Lawrence said that he felt sick. Juliet saw Romeo dead in a tomb foreshadowing when he had died by juliet side in side of the tomb at the end of the play. Balthasar said he had dreamed about Romeo getting into a fight with Tybalt and killed him leading to his banishment and this banishment cause more issues for the people of Verona.

A big tragic flaw for Romeo is the love that he has for juliet because when this play shows Romeos love for juliet it comes with a lot of consequences aswell because Romeo doesn’t think twice when it comes to juliet because the love he has for juliet is to strong meaning that he killed himself the second he saw juliet in a tomb and be drank the poison but juliet woke up at that second but it was too late because he drank to much of it.

Another tragic flaw was the fact that Romeo was born a montage b ut juliet was a Capulet then getting married would be forbidden by both sides meaning that there is no love between the two families but this goes back to the point on Romeos loves for juliet because he just decides to break a forbidden law and him and juliet became forbidden lovers and at this point their path was leading to their tragic death.

You could think of Romeo as a tragic hero because he was the reason that the Capulets had got a treaty with the montages. Because of his death he built a bridge to both the Montague and Capulets peace and happiness and this means that in many types of way Romeo is definitely a reason for peace in Verona making his tragic flaw his weapon as a tragic hero

He faces a dilemma whether to let the feud affect his relationship with juliet or not because of his family. This is a problem throughout the play because this means he has to do many things in secret because Capulets and montages are in the middle of a feud meaning that he’s in a moral dilemma to let that completely destroy their relationship or continue to be lovers.

So everything in this essay is the issue that made Romeo kill himself leading to the death of juliet at the same time. If they had not loved each other than none of this would have happened. Also if rodeo followed his families rule then none of this would have happened but it was too late for him because he kept on switching girls that he loved.

1. I think that the scene was set in a school playground because it sounds like 2 children squabbling over something because it looks like something that primary school children would do

A: Can i have it?
B: No i am using it. Wait your turn
A: But you have it all the time
B: But its mine so i decide whos turn it is.
A: Thats not fair you let other people use it.
B: I dont care. We arent good friends like the others.
A: Fine be like that then.

Character B has the power becauae he is the one who owns it meaning that he can decide who gets thw item. Its like having a king and the king decides what happens to their town.

1. Romeo says that he was there to get some poison so that he can kill himself for Juliet.
2. He was concerned about the law because the law in those times were strict about drugs that could kill someone or assist in suicide which is illegal.
3. The world isnt kind to the apothecary and that he is unlucky because of hiw life has been going for them.
4. He accepts it because he is poor and needs the money to survive and hes desperate.
5.The poison could kill a horse because of how powerful it is.
6. The gold is more poisonous that poison because juliet is the gold and the fact she dies is like poison ro romeo.

Juliet and her parents have a bad relation ship because her father forces her to do things and doesnt listen and his mum doesnt care what happens and just listens to lird capulet.

Capulets is really suprisred and doesnt aeem like he is to sad about it because he just said shes sead like its normal.

Hes calling paris his son in law because he wanted paris to marry Juliet

The parents dont look sad but they are suprised aswell. The nurse seems the most suprised.

1. Juliet drinks the potion so she doesnt need to marry paris

2. This means that she has alot of prayers that the potion will work and nit kill her.

3. She was going to get married so what ever shes doing is going to be rth it and benefit her.

4. She was a little scared of what might happen and then the more she thought about it the more scared she got about it.

5. She was worried about the potion not working and if it didnt she would commit suicide. Ahe also thought that the friar is trying to get rid of her. She thought that if romeo came whilst ahe was asleep she soesnt know what would happen. She was also worried that she would aee ghosts of her ancestors.

Sir paris i will make desperate tender of my childrd love qnd she will be ruled in all respects to me.

Thursday tell her she shall be married to this noble earl.

In this scene Shakespeare emphasised patriarchy by making the speech seem like everything is a command by man and the girls have no choice and the men control everything in the system. “Thursday tell she shall be married to this noble earl.
