Macbeth has changed for being a trustworthy high ranking soldier to being made a murderer just because of the witches and his paranoia of being found .

This scene starts of with Hecate giving a long speech about how he is angry because the witches started meddling with Macbeth future and the quote “How did you dare to trade and traffic with Macbeth” This proves the Hecate could have had something planned for Macbeth and the witches interfering with Macbeth spoiling her plans.

I am in blood stepped in so far that should I wade no more returning were as tedious as go over.

This scene begins with an Old Man and Ross were talking about how Duncan had died. Then Macduff walks in and asked how their day was and then asked if they found out who killed Duncan but he is growing more anxious to find out who committed this high treason.

I think this scene is very short to give us more info in a shot time space and many supernatural stuff have been happening ever since the witches showed up because Macbeth was a normal person in the beginning the the witches show up and suddenly he becomes thane of 2 places and will  be promoted to king(witch prophecy)

Main characters:Macbeth ,Lennox , Macduff , Lady Macbeth Donaldbain , Malcolm.

Many people start entering Macbeth’s castle like a meeting and Macbeth finally enter and there are more people to come.Someone asks what is the king doing and they go to his room and comes back alerting everyone the king is dead. Macduff says:

Approach the chamber and destroy your sight with a new gorgon. Do not bid me speak see and then speak yourselves.

What is lady Macbeths ultimate goal when Macbeth kills Duncan because she was pressuring him to do the deed meaning does she have an objective she wants to reach in the end like power over Scotland.

In the beginning of this scene, Lady Macbeth enters when a owl shrieks then enters Macbeth with 2 bloody daggers because he just killed the king. Lady Macbeth then explains why she won’t kill Macbeth.

I have no spur to prick the sides of my intent but only vaulting ambition which o’erleaps itself and falls on th’other

He has no intent to do this deed but his new ambition has masked over his old ambition. Its also as if his ambtion controls him because the witches said he will become king and he can’t decide that.

After Macbeth finishes talking the next scene begins and it starts with Duncan talking about how beautiful the castle is.
