This scene starts of with Lady Macbeth receiving a letter from her husband, Macbeth. Macbeth tells her about the prophecy. She then says “Humans are too full of the milk of kindness.” She says unsex me here because she thought macbeth was weak and only men had power in those times. So now she wants to change macbeths ambitions and corrupt him slowly.

Macbeth enters and then both of them discuss a plan to aassassinate the king and Duncan so  Macbeth can become king. She gives advice to Macbeth advice to “be the innocent flower but the dangerous serpent underneath.”
